Needs Assessment Instruments - Needs Assessment

One of the many challenges facing organizations and their associates today is a lack of quality and timely data for making many of the difficult decisions related to improving performance.

In working with a variety of clients over the past several years Roger Kaufman & Associates have developed a number of self-assessment instruments based on concepts and questions that have proven useful in assisting both individuals and organizations in making good decisions.

Self-assessment

Self-assessment in a variety of vital (and often related) areas, include:

  • Needs Assessment
  • Culture
  • Evaluation
  • e-Learning
  • Performance Motivation
  • Performance Improvement
